The first Muslims arrived in Boise, Idaho around 1955. We started small with 15-20 people attending congregational prayers. Through the years, we have transitioned from our grassroots origins to a fully operational nonprofit center. We pride ourselves in our diversity, community engagement and building common alliances. As a group, we are very diverse. We speak different languages, come from various social and cultural backgrounds. Yet, we are united in our common faith and belief in the principles of Islam
