Our initial assumption was that everyone wanted to host events first. Then we talked to hundreds of community builders who said they were stuck. They had engaged members but couldn't monetize without forcing everyone to a new platform. That conversation changed everything. We realized the platform needed to be equally powerful for both starting points. Sometimes the most valuable insights come from listening to what people aren't saying.
